How to: Convert footnotes to endnotes.
Solution:
Select all footnotes or endnotes to be converted and display the shortcut menu using the RIGHT mouse button and select the 'Convert to Footnote' or 'Convert to End note' option.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Normal'.
2) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Footnotes'. (The Footnotes appear.)
3) Do one of the following:
a) Select 'All Footnotes' from the drop-down list box.
b) Select 'All Endnotes' from the drop-down list box.
4) Select all of the check box notes/endnotes.
5) Click RIGHT mouse button to display the shortcut menu.
6) Do one of the following:
a) Select 'Convert to Footnote'
b) Select 'Convert to End note'.
